About ordering
We are unable to cancel or change orders (adding products, changing colour or size, changing address, applying coupon codes, etc.).
Returns are possible after delivery of the product (some products may not be eligible for this offer).

You can use PayPal or Paidy, which allows you to pay later (convenience store payment, bank transfer, direct debit).
Coupons cannot be added or used in combination. Please check here for other coupon notes.
A valid "delivery note and receipt" is enclosed with the product. Please note that we cannot change the addressee or issue receipts in other formats.
You will receive 5 points for every 100 yen you spend. You can exchange your accumulated points for a discount coupon of your desired amount at a rate of 100 points = 100 yen.

About Shipping
We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.
After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so please contact the shipping company directly to complete the procedure.
Please note that the billing address is only used to check for fraudulent orders and cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.
Orders placed before noon Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays and the New Year holiday period) will be shipped on the same day.
For delivery details, please contact the delivery company directly using the tracking number listed in the shipping notification email.
Please note that if there are any errors in the information you enter, your shipment may be delayed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.
All international transactions are shipped DDU.
VAT, customs duties, sales tax, and other special charges and brokerage fees are not charged at the time of payment for your item. These additional fees may be required to collect your item from customs.
