Only products purchased directly from the official website are eligible for support. We keep all order and shipping history on the official website, so you do not need to register your warranty.

| Initial Defective Warranty

Although we take all possible care in manufacturing our products, in the unlikely event of an initial defect, please contact us using the form below within 7 days of receipt of the product and return the product to the return address at the bottom of this page, freight collect. (If you are sending the product from outside of Japan, please bear the shipping and customs charges.)

The warranty does not apply to thefollowing cases:
In the
following cases, the 1-year warranty will be applied instead of the initial defect warranty.
Products that have been used by the
customer
- Products that have been damaged, defaced, or processed by the customer
- When accessories such as product boxes, tags, and manuals are defaced, damaged, or lost.

|One-year warranty

We guarantee against natural malfunctions (total or partial loss of functionality due to malfunction) for a period of one year after the product arrives at our store. This applies when the product is damaged despite normal use. Please contact us using the form below and send the product back to the return address at the bottom of this page by postage prepaid.

However, we may replace the product with a new one or issue a gift certificate equivalent to the purchase price if the product cannot be repaired or if there is a problem during repair.

Cases in which the warranty does not apply
The following cases are not covered by the warranty and the product will be returned to the customer by cash on delivery.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect of necessary care
Damage or wear caused by use, such as stretching, shrinkage, deformation, or peeling of the adhesive.

Repair

We offer repair services to ensure that our products can be used with peace of mind for many years to come.
We will check the condition of the defect with pictures, etc., and if repair is possible, we will inform you of the repair at a charge.
We may replace the repaired product with an alternative product or issue a gift certificate equivalent to the purchase price due to problems during the repair process.
