Leather key case that fits in the palm of your hand
Musubu ® Key Case - Liscio -
Clipped with leather. That's all.
A minimalist design with a V-shaped leather clasp. (Patent Office Design Registration No. 1623076)
An unprecedented way to bundle keys
The keys are held together by a leather strap. Conventional key cases were bulky with a series of metal rings.
The "Tie Key Case" uses the softness of the leather strap to bind keys in a compact manner.
With its gentle feel, keys can be inserted and removed with one hand while holding luggage.
The number of keys is flexible, from 1 to 10.
The length of the leather strap can be adjusted, so you can carry any number of keys. The maximum number of keys can be bundled together is approximately 10.
If you bundle several keys together, you can place them upright, so they will not spread apart on your desk.
How to use
1. Put it through.
Remove the metal ring, if attached, and put the keys directly through the leather strap.
2 Tie it
Loosely thread the leather strap through the three holes, and then tighten the leather strap to keep it securely tied.
3 Cutting
Cut the excess leather strap with a utility knife.
Precautions
- Longer leather strings are supplied to allow for flexibility in the number of keys.
- The leather strap will become slightly longer and thinner with use.
- Please note that if the strap is cut too short, it will be difficult to replace the keys.
- It is intended to be used with keys that are not frequently replaced.
- The width of the key hole must be at least 5mm in order for the strap to fit through.
- Car keys, smart keys for apartments, etc. may not fit depending on the size of the key and the position of the hole.
The Ultimate Use of Scrap Wood
This small key case full of ideas was developed to reduce the amount of discarded leather as much as possible by making effective use of the offcuts after removing large products. Although we only produce this product when large offcuts are generated, we are able to offer it at a very reasonable price because it makes use of discarded leather.
Smooth textured vacchetta leather
Liscio, meaning "smooth" in Italian, is made of traditional vacchetta leather, which is enriched with vegetable tannin and oil to deepen its color and shine as it is used.

Smooth hills of Tuscany, Italy
Origins
Liscio is an Italian word meaning "smooth. The surface is smooth and fine, with natural unevenness in color, giving the leather an elegant and tasteful look.
Tanning and Manufacturing
Vacchetta leather has been used in the Tuscany region of Italy since the early 9th century. The cowhide is tanned with vegetable tannin extracted from chesnut and mimosa, and then soaked in oil slowly and finished with dyes. The more the leather is used, the more the oil soaks into the leather, deepening its color and luster.
Maintenance
Since it contains sufficient oil inside, oil care is not necessary unless you are concerned about scratches or dryness. We recommend dry brushing with a soft cloth on a daily basis.
