Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Orders received by 12:30 pm on business days will be shipped the same day.
If there is an error in the shipping process due to incomplete information you have entered, the shipment may be delayed for several days.

Q. I have not received my email.
A. Most of the causes are due to the receiver's settings or communication conditions. Please refer to"Precautions for registering your e-mail address" and make sure that your e-mail address is set to receive e-mails reliably. Please avoid using carrier e-mails, as they often cause problems. For details on how to set up each e-mail service, please contact the e-mail service provider (provider, carrier, etc.) you are using directly. If you wish to change to another address, please use the form below to provide us with the email address before and after the change.

Q. I want to change my shipping address.
A. Once an order has been received, it will automatically be prepared for shipment, so you will not be able to change the shipping address.
You will receive an email with your billing number after the order is shipped, so please contact the shipping company yourself to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that the billing address is only used to check for fraudulent orders and cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.

Q. I want to change or cancel my order.

Q. Are there any other payment methods?

Q. What about coupons?
A. Coupons are issued according to seasons and events in our newsletter. Coupons may not be used after or in conjunction with other coupons. Please note that coupons are for discounts on merchandise and cannot be applied over the price of the merchandise.

Q. Can the magnetic stripe of the card be stacked?
A. Compared to the previous Magnetic stripes have evolved and become more resistant to magnetic fields. If used in a normal way, there is no problem even if they are stacked on top of each other.
In addition, 100% of payment terminals are required to be IC compatible by 2022, and IC chips are not affected by magnetism, so there is no problem with stacking them on top of each other.
However, bank cards with no expiration date may have weakened magnetism, so we recommend that you stack the magnetic stripes in alternating positions, such as top and bottom.
