Shipping Policy

About Eco-Friendly Packaging

In the interest of environmental protection, SYRINX has discontinued the use of plastic outer bags and now packages many of its products in paper sleeves. Due to the nature of paper, scuff marks may occur during storage and shipping; we appreciate your understanding in advance.

Shipping Fees

Within Japan

• Orders of 5,000 yen or more: Free shipping
• Orders under 5,000 yen: 440 yen shipping fee

* Special shipping rates apply to "Anywhere Showroom" orders.
* Orders under 10,000 yen will be delivered via Post Mail; orders of 10,000 yen or more will be delivered via courier.
* You cannot specify a shipping carrier.
* If delivery is not possible, in addition to the refund processing fee, we will charge the prepaid shipping fee for free shipping orders (880 yen for courier service, 440 yen for Post Mail), the return shipping fee from the delivery branch to our company, and a return processing fee of 1,540 yen.

Overseas (Outside Japan)

• Orders of 20,000 yen or more: Free shipping
• Orders under 20,000 yen: Shipping fee of 1,600 yen

* We accept overseas orders totaling 10,000 yen or more.
* No Japanese consumption tax applies to international shipments.
* All international shipments are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Therefore, customs duties, consumption tax, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges may apply separately. Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* Under DDU terms, the recipient is responsible for all local customs clearance procedures (self-declaration, identity verification, tax payment, arranging customs brokerage, etc.). We are unable to directly intervene in the decisions of foreign customs authorities or the customs clearance process.
* In the event of a delivery failure, in addition to a refund processing fee, we will charge the actual shipping costs incurred for the return shipment (including shipping fees, customs duties, and sales tax), as well as the prepaid shipping costs for the original shipment (if free shipping was applied).

Shipping Schedule

Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays and the year-end/New Year period): Orders placed by approximately noon will be shipped the same day.
*Pre-order items and made-to-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

For Customers Using Post Mail Service

Request to Prevent Misdelivery

• Please be sure to include the name of your building (e.g., condominium, apartment complex).
• Please ensure your name is displayed on your mailbox.

Important Note Regarding Compensation

Postal Mail is delivered directly into your mailbox.
As a general rule, neither our company nor the delivery company can be held responsible for loss or damage after delivery is complete.
Please note that we cannot provide compensation for damages or reshipments, so please use this service with this understanding.
In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact the delivery company.
