I was fed up with the thickness and size of my previous wallets, so this product was exactly what I was looking for. The card capacity is outstanding. You don’t need to store each card separately. Main cards can go in the side with the horizontal zipper, and membership cards can be stored on the zipper side for bills, which is convenient.
The coin storage is sufficient.
The well-thought-out structure makes carrying a wallet no longer a burden.
I purchased the Hitoe® L-zip with its 4th version update. It remains thin and easy to use, and thanks to the updated shape, the perceived capacity has doubled. Even with 16 cards, it hardly bulges, and yet the overall size (width and height) is smaller than before, which is surprising.
The inner coin pocket and card holders feel thicker than the previous model, giving a reassuring feeling. The short-side card pocket is a bit stiff at first, but it should become easier to use as the leather breaks in. The structure fits the number of cards, so even with just one card there's no worry of it falling out, which is a plus.
The zipper is still YKK Excella and operates super smoothly. It’s become such a highly refined long wallet that you might think, “Can it get any better?”
I purchased the Hitoe® Fold - Liscio in black. I’m satisfied with the leather texture and the thinness of the wallet. I carry it in my back pocket and it doesn’t bulge, so I feel I’ve found a cool wallet.
The thinness is great. It doesn’t bulk up in a bag or pocket. This is the wallet I was looking for.
The unique coin pocket requires you to consider how many coins you carry, but since I manage with a small number, it fits my current lifestyle.
It achieves the pinnacle of thinness while offering great usability and visibility.
It’s the stacked-card type, but because one side of the card pocket is not sewn, cards are easy to remove and highly visible.
The coin pocket is deeper than the previous model, so even with a 500-yen coin it doesn’t compromise closing operation. It’s astonishing that even with about 20 coins the thickness barely changes.
Even with bills in the side pockets, the zipper doesn’t catch them, and you can store receipts and other small items without getting in the way, keeping it thin and stylish.
It’s thin but opens properly where needed, so there’s no fumbling when paying.
After switching from a thin bifold wallet (another brand), I struggled but ultimately found this long wallet, and I’m really glad I did.
For me, it’s the optimal and best long wallet, and I look forward to continuing to use it.
I learned about the 5th anniversary model and preordered it. I was worried that the color on my phone might differ from the real thing, but it matched my expectations.
Since I mainly use cashless payments, I don’t use a wallet as much as before, but I think its simple and compact yet functional design is excellent, so I’d like to continue using this series when I replace wallets in the future.
I tried two high-end brands and one famous leather brand over a year and none felt right, so I ended up at SYRINX.
I had previously used their long wallet, so I trusted the leather quality and had expectations for this one too.
After waiting about three months, the Hitoe® Fold - Antico finally arrived.
I want to keep touching this leather. It satisfies my desire to own it and is very usable. I’m satisfied.
I also like the thinness of the long wallet and use it occasionally, but after applying cream it got shiny, so if you want to keep the original texture, be careful with maintenance.
There are no metal fittings; the card is hooked and held in place, making it very thin and stylish. I switched from Abrasus and like using it.
I hadn’t been particularly particular about wallets until now, but I noticed the ones I owned were getting smaller as I got older.
I realized carrying a large wallet was a bit inconvenient. I searched online for small wallets (I didn’t like tri-folds because of bills) and tried various ones until I found Hitoe.
Many fold wallets have buttons or metal parts that break or rust, so I preferred a Hitoe without metal fittings and bought it.
Since I only carry ID and credit cards, the Less model was the exact thing I’d been looking for the moment I saw its images—truly the perfect form for me.
It finally arrived yesterday; I sprayed waterproofing and will transfer my contents and start using it the day after tomorrow.
I think this wallet uses ideas and ingenuity to contain bulky cards and coins while keeping it thin.
When I show colleagues or acquaintances they’re surprised and say, “Isn’t that too thin!?” With use it fits well in the hand and card and coin access becomes easier, and the leather surface gains character, increasing attachment.
One downside is that once you get used to this wallet, you can’t tolerate thicker ones, but it’s a very good product.
Because it’s so thin I often lose track of where I put it, so I’d appreciate design options in the future that allow attaching a strap or chain—like a discreet attachment hole, tab, or fitting that doesn’t spoil the design.
I’d been searching for a compact wallet. It’s thinner than I expected yet still easy to use, and the simple design is perfect. Since I just bought it, I’m looking forward to the leather gaining depth!
I think both the functionality and design are wonderful. This is my third one, and comparing them you can clearly see the improvements. You can feel the company’s commitment to making a great product.
I was looking for a small thin wallet and found this product.
The opening mechanism is well thought out and very easy to use.
Above all, the mechanism that prevents cards and coins from falling out was surprising.
For me, who rarely carries cash or large bags, it’s an easy-to-use wallet perfect for a minimalist!
Thin! The leather is solid and easy to use! I still use cash a lot so when coins increase it gets a bit stressful. But anyway it’s thin and easy to fit in a bag, so overall it’s awesome!
