Unlike regular showrooms or stores, you can test the product's usability with a sample delivered to your home.

Features of the samples we deliver

"Anywhere Showroom" is also an attempt to reduce waste, considering the global environment. The samples we deliver are not new. We effectively utilize B-grade items such as shooting samples, repaired items, or those with leather quality issues.
Depending on the sample, it may have already been tried by many people, and there may be scratches or stains.

How to Use (3 Steps)

Step 1: Application

Add the desired rental item from this page to your cart and purchase it. We will deliver the sample in a return envelope.
The purchase amount will be temporarily held as a deposit. If the item is out of stock, please register for "restock notification email" and wait for its arrival.

Step 2: Use

Once the sample arrives, please use it. As the next person will also be trying it, please handle it carefully and avoid intentionally dampatina it. Please keep all accessories such as the return envelope, cosmetic box, and cushions until the return.

Step 3: Return

Within 14 days from the shipping notification email, fill in the necessary information in the sender field of the pre-stamped envelope that the product came in, and drop it into a nearby mailbox.
Once the sample arrives at our company and its condition is confirmed, the deposit will be refunded to the payment account used for the purchase. (Shipping fees are not refunded)

Important Notes

Please read carefully before applying

【Application】

• Simultaneous orders with other products are not possible.
• You cannot choose the color. Please use color samples for color consideration.
• Specifications may differ slightly from current products.
• Usage is limited to Japan.

【Usage】

• Do not insert more cards than the specified number. This can cause the leather to stretch and deform.
• The inner hook of the Hitoe® Fold series should only be hooked onto the card as shown in the picture below, not on the outside.

【Return】

• Please use the original accessories such as cushioning material and the cosmetic box.
• For the Hitoe Fold series, please refer to this video and ensure the inner hook is attached to the internal cushioning material when returning.
• If the returned item is significantly damaged, a part or all of the deposit may be withheld.
• If the sample is not returned, an additional charge for the difference between the retail price and the deposit will be applied.
• If the return is delayed, a late fee of 200 yen per day will be charged.
• If a coupon was used, the discounted deposit will be refunded. Please note that coupons will not be reissued.
• Store credit is not applicable.

Infection Prevention Measures for Loaned Items

There is an interval of at least one week between the previous user and the next user of loaned items. This greatly exceeds the survival period of coronavirus and influenza viruses on leather and paper, so please rest assured.
