About points and coupons

Store credit is only available at the official SYRINX online store.
It can be used directly on the payment screen at checkout.
If your balance covers the full order amount, you will be paid with store credit only.
If there is a shortage, please pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

A store credit of 5% of the purchase amount will be given 15 days after the product is shipped.
The validity period is two years from the date of issuance.
It will be automatically added to your account and can be used directly on the payment screen.

If you have store credit, you can check your balance and expiration date in " My Account ."

• Store credit can only be used with the account associated with the email address provided.
• Can only be used in the same currency as issued.
• Valid for two years from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will automatically expire after the expiry date and cannot be extended.
• Not transferable, redeemable or refundable for cash.
• Store credit balances are displayed as a cumulative total and are automatically applied to expiring items first.
• Can be used in conjunction with discount codes and gift cards.

If you return an item, any store credit you received for that order will be deducted.
If you have already used the credit and there is insufficient balance, it will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additionally, if you refund an order that was paid for using store credit, we will refund the amount of store credit used.

Can be used in conjunction with coupons and gift cards.

Five points will be redeemed for every 100 yen spent. Accumulated points can be exchanged for discount coupons of the desired amount as "100 yen per 100 points".
However, please note that points are not awarded for the use of Showroom Anywhere.

Click on "Points" in the lower right corner of the screen to view.

Points are awarded based on the amount actually paid, not on discounts or coupons.

The coupon can be used for purchases of 1,000 yen or more.
The coupon cannot be used on any account other than the account that issued the coupon.

If the product is returned, the points granted will be deducted.
If there are already no points and the points cannot be subtracted, the amount equivalent to the points may be deducted from the refund amount.

Points cannot be merged.

On the screen where you enter your shipping address, there is an entry form marked "Gift Card or Coupon Code".
Enter the coupon code there.
Please confirm that the coupon code has been applied and the discount amount is reflected in the total amount.

Only one coupon can be used per order. May not be used in conjunction with other coupons.

Each coupon has different conditions. Please check the email or other information when issued.

Coupons cannot be integrated.

The refund amount does not include the amount of the coupon. Please note that coupons cannot be reissued.

Coupons issued by e-mail can only be viewed by that e-mail, so please be careful not to accidentally delete them.
Coupons that have been redeemed for points can be viewed in the coupon history in the "Point System". Those that have been used will be marked with "✓" and cannot be selected.

Coupons cannot be retrofitted after an order has been placed.
