re:SYRINX - Turning time into the next form

If your item is accepted for collection, we will give you a store credit of 10% of the purchase amount.

Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Store credit will only be applied to the same account as the purchase.
It cannot be given or transferred to another account.

The validity period is two years from the date of issuance.

You will receive an automatic notification when the grant is complete.

Only products that meet all of the following criteria are eligible.

・Products whose purchase history can be confirmed on the official website ・Order number or purchase email address entered when applying ・Products that meet inspection standards

If any of the following conditions are confirmed, credits will not be awarded.

- Products that have been modified, disassembled, repainted, or otherwise processed - Damage that deviates from normal use, such as washing, submersion in water, or chemical treatment - Products that are in a state that poses hygiene problems, such as severe decay, mold, or a strong odor - Products that have lost their original shape

If it is determined to be ineligible, it will be returned by post.

2. We will send you an automatic reply or a standard message with the return address.
3. Follow the instructions to return the product.
4. Once your item arrives and is inspected, we will issue a store credit.

We will not provide individual progress updates or responses regarding assessment details.
