Minimalist design made from a single piece of high-quality leather

The main body, pen holder, and paper holder are made from a single piece of high-quality leather (A4: approx. 48cm x 23cm, A3: approx. 62cm x 32cm).
To use it, simply insert the paper into the pockets on both ends. You can set up to 15 sheets of copy paper, and it's easy to replace.

Carry it small, spread it big

It's half the size so you can carry it around easily, and when opened it lies flat. It's also less likely to crease easily, so you can write comfortably.

With the backing of paper, you can draw anything you want without any worries.

Careful details

Fine lines are carefully carved around the outer perimeter, and the edges of the leather are dyed and then polished.
The back of the leather has also been polished to reduce fuzziness and unevenness.

Once you're done, save it digitally

The paper you've finished writing on can be scanned and saved to the cloud. It's less likely to crease, so it's less likely to jam when using the ADF (automatic paper feeder), and it's smooth.

Origins

Liscio is an Italian word meaning "smooth. The surface is smooth and fine, with natural unevenness in color, giving the leather an elegant and tasteful look.

Tanning and Manufacturing

Vacchetta leather has been used in the Tuscany region of Italy since the early 9th century. The cowhide is tanned with vegetable tannin extracted from chesnut and mimosa, and then soaked in oil slowly and finished with dyes. The more the leather is used, the more the oil soaks into the leather, deepening its color and luster.

Maintenance

Since it contains sufficient oil inside, oil care is not necessary unless you are concerned about scratches or dryness. We recommend dry brushing with a soft cloth on a daily basis.

Ideal for studying for qualifications

I study by simply writing on the scraps of paper, but it's very convenient to carry around.
At first I was worried that it would get crushed when I folded it, but so far it seems fine so I'm relieved.
The Caran d'Ache 849 is a little harder to insert into the pen holder than the Ecridor, but I was able to insert both of the pens I had. I've only just started using it, so I think it will get easier in the future.
I'll buy it again if it comes in pink or other colorful colors.

Once you get used to it, it becomes easier to insert paper.

I'm glad it's compact and light to carry around. I wish the pen holder was just a little thicker. All my drafting sharpeners were gone. I'm sure this will be improved with the A3 version. I'm glad I can make use of the backing paper. I liked it so I bought it in a different color, but the chestnut looks much brighter and redder than the same Liscio series pen case. Is there a way to make it chocolate color quickly?
